The Nielsen is co-owned by Bill Drakopoulos, Managing Director of Sydney Restaurant Group, Davide Rebeccato, Head Chef & Co-Owner of Aqua Dining and Mark Hassan, former Restaurant Manager at Ripples Milsons Point.
